NAIA Directors of Athletics• Make sure your coaches know about the NAIA Eligibility Center • Be sure your school’s info in NAIAHelp is current. • Use NAIAHelp to give your FAR and coaches access to create and maintain your Short List on PlayNAIA.org • Learn how your Short List is created and maintained. • Learn how to check whether recruits are registered and respond to those who are interested in your institution. • Tell your coaches to encourage recruits to register! • Talk with your FAR — make sure everyone’s on the same page |

NAIA Faculty Athletics Representatives
• Educate coaches — make sure they know about the NAIA Eligibility Center
• Encourage prospective student-athletes to register early!
• Educate local high school principals and counselors
• Work with admissions and registrar — give them a preview to the NAIA Eligibility Center
• Be sure your AD has given you access to PlayNAIA.org by updating NAIAHelp.
• Make sure you know how your Short List is created and maintained in PlayNAIA.org
• Review NAIA Eligibility Center decisions — check the work
NAIA Coaches
• Spread the word with students you’re recruiting. Encourage them to register early this fall and avoid the rush! The NAIA Eligibility Center will start taking student registrations September 1, 2010
• Remind recruits to register for the ACT or SAT and include the NAIA code 9876 
on the list of places test scores should be sent
• Tell high school counselors and coaches about the NAIA Eligibility Center
• Be sure your AD has given you access to PlayNAIA.org by updating NAIAHelp.
• Learn how to build and maintain your Short List at PlayNAIA.org
• Learn how to check whether recruits are registered and respond to those who are interested in your institution.
NAIA Conference Commissioners
• Make the Eligibility Center a centerpiece of your conference education efforts: tell ADs and coaches about the center and their Short List.
• Educate local high school principals and guidance counselors about the Eligibility Center
• Tell coaches: encourage your recruits to register early!
• Encourage ADs to use NAIAHelp to give FARs and coaches access their Short List
• Encourage FARs to check signals with ADs about who has access to their Short List
